①Germany Hotset original imported heating element.

②The hot runner control box applied with German intelligent temperature control meter (PID uninterruptible power supply control).

③The thermostat control box or the pressure regulating control box can be customized according to customer requirements.

The key parts of the mould (core, cavity) use the mold injection cavity and core injection to select the pre-heat treated high-quality special mold steel (2316) to ensure the service life of the mould and the quality of the bottle. The standard mould base with 50# steel and the slider with 718# steel. Equipped with imported high quality lubricated copper plate. The reasonable arrangement of the cooling water channel makes the mold have higher production efficiency.
