Haoqiang provides high quality hot runner & cold runner injection cap moulds and flip cap moulds to create the ideal plastic caps. In our catalogue you can find the corresponding moulds for making various caps, such as the common screw cap, safety anti-theft cap, pull push cap etc. These caps can be used for mineral water bottles, soft drink bottles, juice bottles, and some food&non-food packaging containers.

Hot runner system:

Our injection cap mould uses a hot runner system with superior thermal conductivity. It has fast heat conduction and can heat up quickly and achieve the desired heating effectduring the production. There is a miniature nozzle in each cavity of the hot runner injection cap mould, which ensures a large injection flow, a small cap connection pointand good thermal conductivity.

Mould material and manufacturing tools:

The injection cap mould will be made with good steel. In order to meet different processing requirements, different mould steels which are with high hardness&good processing properties are also will be used to make cores, cavities, guide pillars, mould base etc. CNC machining centers, high-precision boring machines and high-voltage EDM machines will guarantee the precise machining and high-quality mould. The main feature of these devices is precise and high efficient.

Quality control:

Before designing the cap, we will pay attention to the shape and thread of the cap. During manufacturing process, we use the most suitable processing technology and tools. After assembly, we willtest the mould several times, if necessary we will make some modification in order to meet customer’ s requirements.

Mould lead time:

Our mould first trial is usually 15-60 days according to different plastic products and condition.

If there are some special circumstances,such as customer want to modify plastic product and any other unexpected situation,we have to extend the delivery time,of course we note our customer by phone,email or face to face talking.

Mould inspection form:

1.According to customer’s requirement,delivery sample products to customer after mould trial for confirmation.

2.One week ahead note customer the mould trial time,so that our customers can arrange their schedule to visit our company for mould trial and confirmation.

3.After the confirmation of mould quality, we will paint anti-rust oil on the mould core&cavity,close the mould,assemble safety strip on the mould side,package the mould with film and put into a polywood case to avoid corrosion&damage during the transportation.

4.We will arrange mould transportation as soon as possible after the payment is balanced.

Mould maintenance:

Mould maintenance is more important than mould repair. The more times the mould is repaired, the shorter of the mould life is.Mould maintenance mainly consists of three points:

①Daily maintenance: all kinds of moving parts such as ejector pin, slider, guide pillar, guide bush refueling, mould surface cleaning, waterway cleaning, this is the daily maintenance during the mould production.

②Periodic Maintenance: Periodic Maintenance includes daily maintenance,cleaning the air vent, adding air vent at the position of gas burning, damage, wear etc.

③Appearance Maintenance: Paint on the outer side of the mould;Paint anti-rust oil at the core&cavity after production finished.Mould should be kept closed tightly to prevent dust from entering the cavity.

All the moulds made by our company, we offer 1 year free warranty .If the quality problems caused by our sides, we offer free maintenance ,except the man-made damage or wrong operation.

Besides,we will supply lifetime maintenance after the warranty period expires and charge the fees according to the situation.
